The Prom is coming to bookstore shelves near you!
Saundra Mitchell has written the adaptation of the Broadway musical set to be published on September 10, 2019 with Viking Children's Books. According to Broadway News, Mitchell worked with the show’s creative team — book writers Bob Martin and Chad Beguelin (who also wrote the lyrics) and Matthew Sklar, who wrote the music — to convey the “energy and humor of the show” in the book.
Announced earlier this month, Ryan Murphy is also adapting the production for a Netflix film. I can't wait to read!
