Zola, the movie based on the wild tale of Twitter user @zolarmoon (Aziah Wells) in 2015, just released their highly anticipated new trailer. The story follows Wells and her crazy trip to Florida with an exotic dancer and the nightmare that soon unfolded. The movie was co-penned by Slave Play writer Jeremy O. Harris and director Janicza Bravo and was produced by A24 pictures. The cast of Zola features Taylour Paige, Riley Keough, Nicholas Braun, Tony winner Ari'el Stachel and Tony nominee Colman Domingo. The film premiered at the 2020 Sundance Film Festival and is now scheduled for a June 30th wide release.
