Recently International Prima Ballerina and New York City Ballet principal dancer Tiler Peck joined SJ Arnegger (Director, iHeartRadio Broadway), to chat about all of the projects she has been working on during quarantine. Not only did Tiler release her new children’s book Katarina Ballerina but her Instagram class series #turnitoutwithtiler, which featured guest like Sarah Jessica Parker, Jennifer Garner, Josh Groban, and Kelly Ripa, became one of the most popular series during quarantine.
Now Tiler is back on stage with a new online concert called A New Stage: Curated by Tiler Peck. The online concert is a special event with CLI Studios and will premiere on Friday, October 16th. The event is an evening of dance featuring an ensemble of artists from worlds of classic ballet, commercial dance and Broadway all curated by Tiler. Joining Tiler for this thrilling evening will be Lil Buck, Sierra Boggess, Brooklyn Mack and the Syncopated Ladies. As part of the evening viewers will also be able to get a behind-the-scenes look at how this reimagined production came together in the mist of a global pandemic. The online event will also feature a world premiere of a Christopher Wheeldon piece, and a reimagined version of the classic ballet Petruchke.
