Cheyenne Jackson To Be Part of LGTBQ Docuseries, 'Equal'

This October HBO Max is bringing you an all new docuseries called Equal. It will tell the stories of trailblazers in the LGTBQ+ community.

This four-part series will feature Cheyenne Jackson, Anthony Rapp, Samira Wiley, Jai Rodriguez, Sara Gilbert, Keiynan Lonsdale, Shannon Purser, Heather Matarazzo, Alexandra Grey, Theo Germaine, Jamie Clayton, Isis King, Gale Harold, Cole Doman, Hailie Sahar, Scott Turner Schofield, Elizabeth Faith Ludlow, Anne Ramsay and Sam Pancake.

Part one of the series will feature both Cheyenne Jackson and Anthony Rapp, Jackson will play Dale Jennings, a gay rights activist, playwright and author who was one of the founding members of the Mattachine Society. Rapp will be portraying Harry Hay, the founder of The Mattachine Society.

The docuseries will take viewers through history as they explore a wide range of LGBTQ+ community members and the impact they had on it.
