Netflix has finally revealed both the cast and release date for their all new musical series, Julie and the Phantoms. The show is from Emmy award-winner Kenny Ortega and will premiere on September 10, 2020.
Julie and the Phantoms will star Madison Reyes as Julie, a singer-songwriter who is grieving the loss of her mother and finds herself unable to make music since her passing. Th phantoms part comes in because Julie is visited by musical ghosts inspired by musicians from the 90s. Those phantoms will be played by Charlie Gillespie, Jeremy Shada, and Owen Patrick Joyner.
Also joining the already stellar cast is Cheyenne Jackson, along with Booboo Stewart, Carlos Ponce, Sonny Bustamante, Jadah Marie, Sacha Carlson, and Savannah Lee May.
