With the reopening of Broadway still uncertain some of the events scheduled to open in the summer are suffering. That would include the summer season at the Lincoln Center Theater.
They announced that both Sarah Ruhl's Becky Nurse of Salem and Bryna Truner's At the Wedding would be postponed. While they were never officially announced, casting notices were posted. Both of these shows will be scheduled for the upcoming 2020-2021 season, according to Playbill.
The Lincoln Center's spring shows have also been postponed. They posted this on their website:
FLYING OVER SUNSET AND INTIMATE APPAREL WILL REOPEN THIS FALL! Both productions were forced to suspend performances on March 12 when theaters were closed by Governor Andrew Cuomo as a precaution against the outbreak of Covid-19.
