The star-studded lineup of performers at the 2020 Grammys keeps growing!
Ben Platt, Cyndi Lauper, John Legend, Debbie Allen, Misty Copeland, and violinist Joshua Bell, will pay tribute to Grammy executive producer Ken Ehrlich at the 62nd Annual Grammy Awards. According to Playbill, the stars will acknowledge the importance of music education in schools by both Ehrlich and the Recording Academy. The artists will perform “I Sing the Body Electric” from the movie musical Fame. The group performance will also include Camila Cabello, Gary Clark Jr., Common, Lang Lang, and the War and Treaty.
Other performers of the night include Aerosmith, Lizzo, Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton, Billie Eilish, H.E.R., Jonas Brothers, Rosalía, Tyler, The Creator, Bonnie Raitt, Run-DMC, Charlie Wilson, Ariana Grande and Demi Lovato.
This year, the shows competing in the Best Musical Theater Album category are the cast recordings of Ain't Too Proud—The Life and Times of the Temptations, Hadestown, Moulin Rouge!, and Oklahoma!, as well as the album containing music from Harry Potter and the Cursed Child.
The 2020 Grammy Awards air live from Los Angeles' Staples Center on CBS on January 26 at 8 PM ET.
