Girl from the North Country has added veteran actor Matt McGrath who replaces the previously announced David Pittu in the role of Reverend Marlowe. Pittu left to production due to a scheduling conflict.
This isn't McGrath's first stint on Broadway. While he's known for his work on television and film he had roles in the 1998 revival of Cabaret and the 1992 revival of A Streetcar Names Desire.
He'll join a cast that consists of Austin Scott, Jay O. Sanders, Marc Kudish, Mare Winningham, Colton Ryan, and more.
Previews begin at the Belasco Theatre on February 7, 2020 with an opening night scheduled for March 5th.
