He describes playing so many characters at once, "It's really tricky because the writer had tape recordings of all these people plus she interviewed them herself. She was actually performing what she saw from them. In this production, she wanted to see if it could hold up as a play so I didn't have access to those tapes, it was just the text. Anna was brilliant enough to write it on the page in almost poem form that if you follow the line breaks you can hear the characters come to life... It's been 27 characters I have had to find individual breathe and scoring of to make them come to life."
