On Monday the production of A Christmas Carol on Broadway announced more casting news. Veteran Broadway actors, Andrea Martin and LaChanze, will be joining the show. They join Campbell Scott, who is playing Ebenezer Scrooge.
Martin will be playing the Ghost of Christmas Past while LaChanze will play both the Ghost of Christmas Present an Mrs. Fezziwig.
Other cast members have been announced as well. Erica Dorfler will play Mrs. Cratchit, Dashiell Eaves as Bob Cratchit, Hannah Elless as Jess, Brandon Gill as Fred, Even Harrington as Fezziwig, Chris Hoch as Father/Marley, Sarah Hunt as Belle, Matthew Labanca as Nicholas, Alex Nee as Ferdy, Dan Piering as Young Ebenezer/George, and Rachel Prather as Little Fan. The role of Tiny Time will be shared by Sebastian Ortiz and Jai Ram Srinivasan.
A Christmas Carol plays the Lyceum Theatre. Previews start November 7th with an official opening set for November 20th through January 5, 2020.
