Vanessa Carlton is making her way to Broadway!
The Grammy nominated singer-song writer is making her Broadway debut this summer as Carole King in Beautiful: The Carole King Musical! The "A Thousand Miles" singer will begin her run as King on June 27 at the Stephen Sondheim Theatre for a limited engagement through September 1. She will be taking over the role from Chilina Kennedy.
The current cast also includes Ben Jacoby as "Barry Mann," Kara Lindsay as "Cynthia Weil," Evan Todd as Gerry Goffin, and Michele Pawk as "Genie Klein." Watch Carlton take the stage for the first time to perform one of Carole King's hits below.
