Center Theatre Group has announced A Grand Night benefit celebrating 50 years of developing or presenting landmark musicals with a one-night-only event April 22.
The cast is currently scheduled to include Darren Criss, Carmen Cusack, Adam Pascal, Obba Babatundé, Zooey Deschanel, Barrett Foa, Katie Lowes, and Adam Shapiro.
According to Center Theatre Group's website, this special evening will feature:
- A dazzling VIP cocktail reception featuring an archival look into our musical theatre history in the Ahmanson Theatre grand lobby.
- A musical performance at the Mark Taper Forum highlighting the best musical hits of years past and offering a sneak peek of future seasons.
- An unforgettable dinner on the stage of the Ahmanson Theatre with your favorite artists and friends of Center Theatre Group.
Gala dinner tickets start at $5,000 and can be reserved by calling (213) 972-3192 or by emailing gala@ctgla.org. Performance only tickets start at $250 and are available for purchase at the website. Proceeds from A Grand Night will support the ongoing impact Center Theatre Group strives to make in the community, by producing the highest quality work on our stages and programming a range of educational opportunities for students and audiences of all ages and backgrounds.
