'Jagged Little Pill" to Reopen At The Broadhurst Theatre On October 21

The producers for Jagged Little Pill announced today that the show will reopen at the Broadhurst Theatre on October 21st. Tickets are on sale now. A full casting will be announced shortly.

Jagged Little Pill is about the complicated and harrowing effects of what it means to be disconnected from one another—and the beautiful, exhilarating healing that can happen when we rally together in those tough moments, to become beacons of vision and empathy for one another,” said Morissette. “That has never felt more real than during this tumultuous past year, and I could not be more thrilled to glimpse the light at the end of this long tunnel that the live arts community has endured.”

Even during the Broadway shutdown Jagged Little Pill was given high praise, earning the Grammy Award for Best Musical Theatre Album and being nominated for the most Tony Awards, including Best Musical.

Jagged Little Pill is directed by Diane Paulus and features a book by Oscar winner Diablo Cody and tells the story of American Family who is trying to hide the cracks beneath the surface. Jagged Little Pill premiered in 2018 as the American Repertory Theater and is produced by Vivek J. Tiwary, Arvind Ethan David, and Eva Price.
